Artist's Comments

:new: Obligatory 100-faves comment closure! :new:

EDIT: Minor edit, I changed the background and made it a JPEG, since PNG's hate me. D:

Posting because my art gets more attention than my stories do. I think this might be the first ever Sheik/Zelda pic on dA! D: I tried searching, and couldn't find any. D: All I found was Lee/Sheik stuff. I hate Lee/Sheik, but I don't mind Sheik/Link...hehe...

Anyway, this is NOT yuri, because my Sheik is, and always will be, a male. Sheik alway was male! According to me, with no OOT-in-game proof since it's never explained, Zelda and Sheik are two separate people, and both needed each other to survive. Zelda needed a place to hide, and Sheik needed strong magic to live.

Impa knew how to let them both inhabit one body, and this with some tricky magic she has, allowed Zelda and Sheik to become one person by sharing one body. Sheik would act as Zelda's disguise and alter ego, since he was what Zelda always wanted to be, free and such. Zelda would use her magic to sustain Sheik and keep him alive, as he was close to death when Impa found him.

You have no way to disprove this, as I have no way to prove it. D: Don't like this theory? Too fudging bad. Sheik was as flat-chested as ever in Brawl, and the "she" is always referring to Zelda. And Brawl/Melee aren't OOT, so Sheik is still male. Even the non-canonical manga makes Sheik male. D:

Yes, this pic is just another manSheik support...but I was supposed to focus on the ZelSheik here...ehehe... Uh, never mind, this probably won't get any attention either... D:
